The challenge
Quadient, a German technology company offering Customer Experience Management and Business Process Automation solutions to businesses, intensified its efforts to open up the Italian market. For this purpose, it needed a flexible Marketing and Communication Partner, experienced in Digital and with a deep knowledge of the local business, able to build the company’s brand awareness on the main Italian media of the ICT sector, planting the seeds of lead generation.
The solution
bbrand is in charge of the 360° implementation of the Content Syndication campaign on Tier 1 ICT media, taking care of the adaptation of institutional value-added documents (ebooks, whitepapers, video case histories…), the implementation of emailing campaigns and the measurement of the results achieved.
Results
Thanks to the content syndication activity, Quadient gets a contact list of around 100 target prospects to continue the nurturing action. On the basis of the success achieved, the German company decided to continue the partnership with bbrand, involving the agency in other areas. Today, bbrand oversees the organisation of Quadient’s digital events in Italy and continues to be the main point of reference for the production of customised content for the Italian market.
