General Computer Italia (GCI), an Italian ICT company, known as a ‘Service Factory’, with over 20 years of experience in providing Multibrand Post-warranty services and offices in Milan and Rome, launched a tender for its strategic repositioning as a Group. The company needed a flexible Partner, with a proven track record in technology, to define a five-year Marketing & Communication plan to achieve valuable quantitative and qualitative targets.
