With a vision centred on <strong>resilient, next-generation digital infrastructure across the Mediterranean,<\/strong> Mediterra needed to <strong>turn that ambition into a shared reality, built together with the partners who would contribute to its growth.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #e60202;\"><b>The challenge<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>Between, Mediterra&#8217;s first Partner Program,<\/strong> existed on paper. The goal was to make it real: bring the right partners into the room, communicate the value of the initiative clearly, and turn a launch into a genuine business opportunity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Generating <strong>visibility<\/strong> wasn&#8217;t the issue. Generating <strong>conviction<\/strong> was. Telcos, system integrators, cloud providers and managed service providers don&#8217;t join a Partner Program because they sat through a presentation: they join because <strong>they believe in where something is going and can see what&#8217;s in it for them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #e60202;\"><b>The solution<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"><strong>bbrand<\/strong> managed the project <strong>end-to-end,<\/strong> developing the <strong>event&#8217;s identity, communication and experience<\/strong> around a single goal: <strong>to make Between feel real, not just look good on a slide.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">One of the first things built was a<strong> structured lead generation campaign: a three-phase email marketing sequence<\/strong> <strong>(save the date, invitation, reminder)<\/strong> supported by dedicated telemarketing activity targeting the most strategic contacts.
